Sažetak
U doktorskoj disertaciji istraživana je međuovisnost strategije i organizacijske strukture. Temeljna teorijska polazišta jesu formuliranje i implementacija strategija kao faze strategijskog managementa, oblikovanje organizacije i vrhovno vodstvo promatrano kroz generalnog managera i tim vrhovnih managera. Temeljem istraživanja za stolom i istraživanja na terenu, predložen je model usklađivanja strategije i organizacijske struktre kao cjelovit i sveobuhvatan pristup tretiranoj problematici. Usklađenost strategije i organizacijske strukture ispitana je na uzorku hrvatskih hotelijerskih poduzeća. In the doctoral dissertation I have reserched the co-dependence between strategy and organizational structure. The primary starting points were: The formulation and implementation of a strategy as phases in the process of strategic management, the design of an organization, and top management as observed through general managers and their teams. For the purpose of researching both the office and the field, I have applied a model which coordinates strategy and organizational structure as a complete and comprehensive approach to treating problems. This model was tested on Croatian hotel companies situated along the coastline.
