Sažetak
We gave here the ergonomic facts and importance of introduction of ergonomic principles in the weaving preparation and in the mill. By comparing the services of older and modern machines in weaving preparations and in the mill, the advantage of modern and automatized machines that help humanization and the simplicity of work, is obvious. Also, the indication is on the importance of analising work studies and working hours, through the phases of alternation.
