Sažetak
This paper offers a new research approach to analyzing the efficiency of business continuity management and organizational strategic resilience. A model was developed to explore connection between efficiency of the business continuity management and strategic organizational resilienceThe empirical research was based on the main hypothesis, H1, which tested the connection between the success of business continuity management and strategic elasticity. The relationship between the success of business continuity management and strategic elasticity on the one hand, and strategic planning on the other hand, was tested with the H2 hypothesis. Other hypotheses (H3, H4 and H5) check the relationship between the success of business continuity managing and the activity and size of the company and its exposure to crises in the past.
