Sažetak
Marija Jurić Zagorka was the first woman political journalist in South-east Europe. She organized the first women's demonstrations in that part of Europe, she named one of her novels Malleus Maleficarum and in several of her novels, she problematized the issue of women persecuted under the charge of witchcraft. This paper problematizes Strossmayer's role in her work and their importance in terms of the ideas they stood for in their times.
