Sažetak
Many software companies try to build at least simple FAQ / Q&A based chatbot recently. Recent works shows that it is really easy to build a bot while to build intelligent one could be an extremely hard. Domain specific bots like AI driven Support Center Automation Bots should consider to be interoperable on many levels and with every new level, level of complexity grows exponentially. In recent years, messaging apps overtaken social networks and become the dominant platforms on smart phones. That enormous potential should be considered to solve one of the issues that any organization larger than 10 participants has. Combining various existing and external data sources company already have access to, most of the first-and second-line helpdesk questions could be resolved before they came to support service staff. Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is one of hottest topics among business process experts while one of the fastest growing fields of RPA is Knowledge Mining which is especially applicable in Educational (EDU) environment like any kind of EDU Support System. This paper cover experience in building Chatbot as the effective interface for student support.
