Sažetak
The paper presents the approach to the specialized internet-portal in the field of strength of materials construction is described. It is proposed to solve problems described above in the next steps: to create metadescriptions for each portal functioning elements, to make models of business processes occurred on the portal at the time of its functioning, to describe elements connections with set theory.
