Sažetak
Negotiation is a process that takes place personally and professionally, within the development routines. Therefore, it is important to know deeply all the elements that are influenced by this action. The negotiation is adapting to the new times, new forms and new communication since it will need this to be able to exist, to be able to be. This book must become one of the referring manuals for several reasons: it takes into account the update to which the negotiation process is subjected, with clear explanations and aimed at all types of audiences, where it helps the reader to identify himself and the negotiation style with which he identifies himself. 10 chapters in which reflecting and learning to be great negotiators, following a structure from the general to the particular, without forgetting important details such as the difference of cultures or creating a style of one's own to negotiate. Talking about negotiation requires putting the main pillars in its history, to which it refers and the basic processes known to carry it out, without forgetting the close relationship between negotiation and persuasion, and of these with communication and its principles. After this, this book emphasizes psychological and social aspects such as emotional intelligence or empathy, along with different negotiation styles based on processes repeated over years and in relation with people, starting with the importance of the incursion of personality and influence in the self as the first option in order to be able to take further steps in negotiations.
