Sažetak
The Code of Ethics is a set of rules and standards that exists in almost every field of human activity. The employees of the legal entity in which the Code of Ethics exists have to act and work in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics. The roots of the Code of Ethics are found in morality as a concrete form of human freedom standardized as a code of conduct among people. As defined, morality is determined in the set of rules, regarding human conduct, based on ethical norms. Guidelines and rules of conduct based on the code of ethics are present in all fields of work and economy, and accordingly also in the field of education. In this paper, the emphasis is put on the need to pass a code of ethics in every research and education institution that will represent a kind of guide for all those involved in the educational process.(original abstract)
