Knjiga "Proportionality and the rule of law – Rights, Justification, Reasoning" izašla je u izdanju Cambridge University Press-a 2014. godine i ima ukupno 421 stranicu, a urednici su: prof. Grant Huscroft, prof. Bradley W. Miller i prof. Gregoire Webber. Navedena knjiga predstavlja zbornik radova uglednih znanstvenika u vezi uloge načela proporcionalnosti na polju ustavnog prava, a posebice onog dijela dijela koji se odnosi na zaštitu ljudskih prava i sloboda.
