The authors have analysed electronic signature law establishing in the EU and the International Chamber of Commerce, Paris. The papers have compared the activity in the frame of the EU and the ICC about electronic law codification. In the middle part of the ICC' GUIDEC II is "the best practices" including directive 1999/93/EC rules.
