Sažetak
A 51-year-old male was admitted to our hospital with intensive abdominal pain that started three days earlier during lawn mowing. The pain intensi ed on the day of admission. He had pale skin and mucosa, diaphoresis, and presented with hypotension of 83/60 mmHg and abdominal tenderness. A multislice computed tomography angiography scan was performed ( gure 1).
