Sažetak
We read with great interest the article by Burge et al. published in American Journal of Rhinology Allergy.1 We do agree with the au- thors regarding the ethical concerns about exposing patients to un- necessary risks during surgical skills development. Because of that our group has developed, years ago, a detailed, precisely standard- ized protocol for training the endonasal endoscopic sinus and skull base surgical techniques on the lamb’s head to facilitate the first steps for all those who are starting their approach to this field.
