Sažetak
In this report TLC method of chemical interactions between vitamins and drugs have been developed. Optimal identification has been achieved by applying vitamins in the form a band or streak in the lowest possible concentration for detection. Interactions has been examined by a drug applied to chromatographic plate as a spot. Vitamin and drug have been applied on the chromatographic plate in ratio concentrations which are usually used in the therapy. In case of interactions the vitamin band have been deformed. Various chromatographic adsorbents, detection reagents and mobile phases were tested in the thin layer chromatography, depending on investigated vitamin or drug.
