Sažetak
During a one-year period (Dec 1998-dec 1999), we recorded milk production, milking hygiene and milking technique at three pilot farms. By observing and evaluating the parameters related to milking hygiene and milking technique we noted certain irregularities. Together with farm owners, a plan for further actions and aims for the future was defined. Permanent monitoring of milking hygiene and milking technique is an everday obligation for farm owners. regular periodical control and services of milking machines and other equipment are an absolutely necessity.
