Sažetak
In this paper, the author compares two different, top-down and bottom-up, approaches to a rural development. The first refers to the implementation of the ongoing project "Agribusiness" in rural Dubrovnik surroundings. The other refers to the rather new grassroots movement in Croatia community-supported agriculture, in the region of Istria.
