Sažetak
This thematic report is contribution to the 2018 EU Pension adequacy Report. It has been published as part of Volume II of the 2018 EU Pension Adequacy Report (on Croatia). Author gives overview of Croatian pension system, points to the fact that some pension and tax reforms as well as labour market policies still jeopardize the idea of favouring later retirement. Furthermore, author enumerates all the redistributive elements in the pensions system, gives overview of a number of significant challenges to pension adequacy. In the concluding part, author gives 10 reform recommendations.
