Sažetak
Several studies have shown that lack of quality communication is associated with patients' lower satisfaction with the health care professionals (HCP), weaker adherence to treatment, higher anxiety, anticipatory nausea and vomiting during chemotherapy, and lower patients quality of life. There is a discrepancy in the frequency of communication of information on professional psychological support and patients' subjective needs.
