Sažetak
The paper discusses interview as one of the main genres of rhetoric. Specific topic is questions in short sports interviews with head coaches after the team won and lost. The first hypothesis of this paper is that the questions are structured in the according to different result of the game. It is assumed there will be more closed questions than open ones. Second hypothesis is there will be more speech errors in questions after team lose. Having in mind different type of questions also carries different pragmatic function ; there is an assumption that the interviewer uses different type of questions for different intentions and expectations from their guest. This paper analyses questions in 40 interviews with 5 different head coaches. Analysis confirmed hypothesis there are more closed questions and hypothesis there are more speech errors in questions after team lose.
