Sažetak
Lipid peroxidation (LPO) is an constantly occuring process in all aerobic systems, followed by the various protective mechanisms against it. In this study we have investigated:1.LPO products expressed as malondialdehyde (MDA), 2.glutathione (GSH), 3.plasma magnesium (MgP) and hemoglobin (Hb) in the blood of Simmental bulls in the course of fattening.Blood was taken at bulls age of 6(I), 9(II), 12(III) and 15(IV) months.GSH and MgP level was highest in the II.interval, MDA content had the highest value in the III.interval, while Hb conc.was highest in the IV.interval.The results show that during the fattening blood MDA content significantly change, as well as the relation with other investigated parameters.
