Sažetak
Aim and purpose: To analyze food samples for pesticide residues using multiresidue methods, in purpose to defined wich pesticide has the most occurance in analyzed samples and why. Materials and method: Analyzed samples was fruits and vegetables from official controls Samples was prepared using Quechers method acccording to HRN EN 15662/2008 and analyzed with GC-MS/MS. Results: In total it was analyzed 554 of official samples using multiresidue method. From 554 samples 13 sample has pesticide residue concentrations above MRL. Identified and quantified pesticides above MRL was Bromopropylate and Chlorpyrifos. Quantified concetrations of pesticide residues was in range from 0.026-1.35 mg/kg. Samples that contain pesticides above MRL was pear(1), dried wild apples (1) leek(2)and apples (10). Conslusion: It is evident that chlorpyrifos concetrations above MRL occurs more frequently than with other pesticides. With leek, the manufacturer was using the product with active saubstance chlorpyrifos wich was not compliant for use on leek. In the case of dried wild apples producer mix the wild apples with conventional.The MRL for Chlorpyrifos on apples was changed in 2016 from 0, 05 mg/kg to 0, 01 mg/kg. Apple producers didnt get information of changing the MRL, or didnt have proper education on pesticide usage.
