Sažetak
Establishment of Cyber Incident Response Teams (CERT/CSIRT) presents one of the main obligation of any nation today. Cyber space has become virtual part of our society and societal dependency on cyber space grows hugely today. This lecture focuses on the actual trends in information security policy area and the necessity for building better national cyber resilience. Threat environment and the role of national CERT network is analysed together with the necessary national coordination efforts. The importance and the scope of national cyber security strategy is emphasized.
