Sažetak
Two types of cells, erythrocates and fibroblasts were studied using EPR spectroscopy in order to determine the structure and dynamics of the lipid phase. The methodology for EPR spectra analysis considered the spectra simmulation based on the calculation on the first principles for the motion of spin probe inserted in the lipid bilayer. Spectra were tqaken in different conditions, in order to detect the changes induced by various environmental factors. The organisation of the membrane's lipid phase apperaed to be different for the two types of cells studied, although the general behaviour considering the changes induced by environment was consistent. Physiological importance of such a behaviour was discussed.
