Sažetak
The definitions of delusions allude that delusions are incompatible with person’s cognitive abilities, however, this is rarely emphasized. On the example of two aging patients with the same symptoms but different levels of cognitive functioning, we elaborate the importance of evaluating person's cognitive abilities prior to declaring person delusional.
