Sažetak
In the recent 20 years efforts have been made to set up the care for the prevention pollution of the sea environment. On the other hand, if ecologists cannot ling the issues of the sea environment to the protection mechanism then the result can be devastating. The statistic figures show that the large number of ships still sailing do not comply with the standards. According to Europe. Memorandum of Understanding, there has not been a significant rise of ships’ standard since 1982. The topic of the article is to investigate the management role in the development and control of the maintenance programs and the protection of the sea.
