Sažetak
The geotechnical research of some sections of the future Rijeka - Zagreb - Budapest highway has offered an excellent and reare opportunity to study the space relations between the cohesion and the angle of shearing resistance in the ground by the method of variography. The methode of research has been developed to observe the problem in a linear way, using the coordinates of the future highway. The procedure was proceded by a detailed regionalisation of the drills and formation of several data basis and a programme for linear calculation of the variograms and correlograms. The results obtained have proven that reliable Kriging's models of the parameters along the highway can be obtained by applaing the technice of panels and blocks. The models should be developed for the preliminary and main design. Further research, if any, would be based on such models.
