Sažetak
Industry 4.0 is being presented as the industrial concept of the future. The future is not so distant and the concept demands drastic changes. Before the change should happen, the study in existing manufacturing companies should be made and readiness factor calculated before the investment plan is being defined. This paper presents the state-of-art of the readiness factor solutions and gives the beginning phase of the completely new approach by using decision support systems. It discusses the possibilities of the problem structuring in the multi-criteria decision process.
