Sažetak
Magnetic Aided Machining (MAM) is a relatively new machining process on a world scale being developed at present, too. MAM is effective in polishing, cleaning, deburring and burnishing of metal parts. The magnetic effect makes these processes more simple productive. The force necessary for machining is produced by an adjustable electromagnetic field between two magnetic poles within the working area. The magnetic force ensures also the pressure and the necessary relative speed difference between the tools (abrasive grains or steel balls) and the workpiece.
