Sažetak
The cultural sector requires some reflection on creating more efficient patterns that would enable further dialogue between various stakeholders and partners in Croatia and abroad. The cultural policy envisages not only co- operation on the state level, it also encourages different forms of non-institutional activities, private initiatives which create networks on different levels.
