Sažetak
Publish or perish concept creates a constant pressure to the scientific researchers. Especially researchers from non- English speaking countries face numerous obstacles. A structured approach to writing and publishing a paper in Web of Science and Scopus journals is proposed, that is organized around four critical questions: (1) How to pick a topic that is relevant for publication?, (2) How to select a journal for possible publication of research results?, (3) How to arrange the paper in accordance with IMRAD outline?, and (4) How to efficiently write the paper?. The lecture will present a applicable advice on providing practical answers to this questions, with the special focus for the scientists from post-transition countries that pursue the publication in the fields of economics, business and management.
