Sažetak
This work highlights the need for the application of ISO 14001, a more advanced form of environmental considerations and actions for the purpose of pollution control and environmental protection. The creation and purpose of these standards is briefly listed. Analytical process of considering the impact of ISO 14001 on the market competitiveness and business strategy in shipbuilding is clarified through the objectives, methodology and results of research.
