Sažetak
The dHCP aims to create a detailed 4-dimensional connectome of early life spanning 20 to 44 weeks post-conceptional age, recording structural, diffusion and functional MRI measures in utero and in neonates. Neonates present significant challenges to data processing due to low and variable contrast and high levels of head motion. This abstract describes a number of refinements integrated into the dHCP framework for preprocessing of neonate fMRI, and sampling to cortical surface.
