Sažetak
A research of the presence of one of the most important olive pests, olive fruit fly (Bactrocera oleae Gmel.), has been conducted in the year 2013 on different plant protection treatments in Kaštelir near Poreč (Croatia). In this research on olive grove planted with 'Leccino' cv. the experiment has been set up in five treatments: conventional plant protection, organic plant protection, pyrethrin, consociation of olive and planted pyrethrum (Tanacetum cinerariifolium (Trevir.) Sch. Bip.) and control. Olive fruit fly has been monitored weekly using pheromone traps on each treatment separately and comparision between them has been done. The climatic conditions in Istria have been monitored in the years 2012 and 2013. The greatest average number of captured adult olive fruit fly varied much and have been detected on control (12.7) while the greatest presence of olive fly's life stages has been detected on organic treatments (3.8). The smallest average number of captured adult olive fly has been detected on pyrethrin (5.7) while the smallest presence of olive fly's life stages has been detected on conventional treatments (0.9). Beside that, olive fly has been monitored by yellow sticky trap, too. The highest yield has been determined on conventional treatment (9.3 kg/tree), while the lowest one on consociation and organic treatment (8.8 kg/tree).
