Sažetak
In order to have a perspective of children with disabilities rights a quality survey was conducted. Participants were employees in the social care system and in the health protection system. The results point to the challenges in practice which are connected to insufficient support to child and family. The situation in the field is disturbing in terms of children’ rights protection in Croatia.
