Sažetak
One of the most spread methods for the development of strategies, SWOT, enables the creation of qualitative subjective models under which strategic decisions are made. This method is often implemented using the AHP method, which creates a subjective quantitative model. This article describes the extension of the SWOT using contrast mining (CSM). Contrast mining is new, rapid growing area of data mining oriented to identification of differences between datasets. This paper explores possibilities of application of contrast mining principles on identification of exact indicators which are part of the SWOT, method for the strategic planning. The main characteristic of the proposed framework is to create an objective quantitative and qualitative model of the possible development of the strategy.
