Sažetak
European international civil procedural law is currently an amorphous bundle of various legal instruments rendered in the area of cooperation in cross-border civil matters. This is an area of law which has developed slowly and organically ever since 1968 when BC was signed. To the extent that this body of law can be seen as a nascent system of law, the purpose of the paper is to address the question of when this system applies.
