Sažetak
The research on gonotrophic cycles of the females of the species Tabanus sudeticus (Diptera: Tabanidae)was conducted in a region adjacent to the river Sava in Croatia in the course of 1995. The analysis was performed on 25 specimens. In the analyzed sample there were 20 anautogeneous specimens in their first gonotrophic cycle. Egg follicles of anautogeneous females were mostly in the second and first stage of development. The shrunk cellular remains of follicular epithelium on egg follicles of the specimens sampled in July show that these females had one oviposition.
