Sažetak
Flexible retirement (combining work and retirement) can be one of the measures how to promote working longer in the old-age and saving more with the aim of insuring sustainable and adequate pension systems. Based, on the comparative approach and in the context of increased life-expectancy and changed work environment, author presented challenges countries face and pitfalls they should avoid when regulating flexible retirement.
