Sažetak
The densities of aqueous solutions of 1, 3-dimethylimidazolium chloride (MIm)(Cl) and 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride (BMIm)(Cl) were measured in the temperature range (5 – 40C) in steps of 5C covering the concentration range of investigated ionic liquids, ILs (0.005 – 0.1 mol dm–3) using a vibrating-tube densimeter. The values of apparent molar volume, and limiting apparent molar volume have been evaluated from the density data. The results were interpreted in the light of ion-ion and ion-solvent interactions and of structural effects of the ILs in solution.
