Sažetak
The aim of this study was to evaluate the influence of temperature and relative humidity, the total number of bacteria (mesophilic and aerobic - AMB) and the total number of molds and fungi (P and G) during the month in the workspace microbiology lab. Control of microbiological purity of the air was carried out in certain places in the laboratory by sedimentation. When this is used gauge moderate temperature and humidity, and cultivation of microorganisms used are certified microbiological media (TRYPTIC SOY AGAR, for isolation and cultivation of AMB and SABOURAUD DEXTROSE AGAR WITH CAF 500 mg, for isolation and cultivation of P and G).
