Sažetak
Razlike u fenotipovima KOPB-a ne određuju samo kliničku sliku već mogu biti i od ključne važnosti u definiranju progresivnosti bolesti. ED mogla bi biti glavni uzrok progresije plućne bolestiu fenotipu KOPB bolesnika, učestalih egzacerbatora.
