Sažetak
The vibrational spectrum of the ground-state acenaphthylene molecule is interpreted by using infrared linear dichroism spectroscopy to determine polarization of the vibrational transitions, NIR-FT-Raman spectroscopy to record the Raman spectrum at liquid-air temperature and a scaled semiempirical AM1 force field to calculate the vibrational frequencies.
