Sažetak
Various computer and software systems are becoming more and more sophisticated. Modern way of business and life asks for means that will enable quicker and easier usage of systems and getting the desired information, service or product. Artificial intelligence is something that is gaining interest and has a potential to become a next step in trying to develop more convenient and quicker way of getting the desired output. Natural language processing is another technology that is becoming more and more important in the context of modern artificial intelligent systems. Being able to tell the system what one wants is simpler and more convenient for the user compared to the classic point-and-click methods and browsing through several levels of features or writing complex queries and searching through a large amount of information. The question that can be asked regarding these trends is what the users think about the artificial intelligence and natural language processing, do they understand it and whether they think it will make their lives easier. In this article a discussion about the natural language processing and artificial intelligence as a part of everyday life is presented along with the results of research about the users’ attitude towards artificial intelligent systems.
