Sažetak
The incidence of diving related barotrauma is low. The clinical presentation may range from minimal dysestesias to complete quadriplegia, encephalophaty or death. We present a case of pneumochephalus in 36-yr old male scuba diver that presented with minor neurologic symtoms. MSCT of the head showed small amounts of free gas inside the cranium on the right side. After treatment in hyperbaric chamber all symptoms disappeared
