Sažetak
Reasons for knowledge management course introduction at master level of engineering study: to provide students with the fundamental knowledge of knowledge management, to enable them to successfully apply very wide use of knowledge management in their respective disciplines of interest, to give students a possibility to understand how they could achieve results successfully combining knowledge gained from different disciplines, to help students to develop critical thinking skills, to prepare students for careers in high-technology industries and in R&D institutions. In the course students see how the elements like data, information and knowledge could be used together in knowledge management in R&D institutions and other organizations.
