Sažetak
Istraživanja su imala za cilj utvrditi biološku vrijednost mesa fazana uzgojenih u prirodi i u fazanerijama. Rezultati ukazuju da kvaliteta mesa fazana uzgojenih u prirodi ima veću biološku vrijednost od mesa fazana uzgojenih u fazanerijama, a time i prednost u ljudskoj prehrani.
