Sažetak
In our study we examined the possibilities of using electrical impedance spectrometry as a technique for the assessment of tumor tissue electroporation in vivo. We analyzed and compared, for three different pulsing protocols, the relationship between anti-tumor effectiveness of electrochemotherapy with bleomycin in mice tumor model and electrical impedance measured immediately after electropora-tion. The results of our study indicate that although we found impedance differences between various pulsing protocols, it was not possible to correlate them with anti-tumor effectiveness.
