Sažetak
This paper presents customised educational solution for training energy experts in the field of energy efficiency. The structure of the theoretical and practical part of training program is designed to provide measurable results for participants in terms of energy savings. The final output of practical training is company-specific energy concept which deals with energy weak points and energy efficiency measures with a high implementation potential. Based on the experience gained during the last seven years it can be concluded that energy experts highly appreciated practical trainings and on-the-job support from professional coaches. Future challenges of the training program are related with the follow-up activities and curriculum customisation to meet constantly growing needs of energy experts from industry.
