Sažetak
Inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor is rare solid tumor that occurs as miofibroblastic cell proliferation associated with inflamatory cells. Very rare inflammatory myofibroblastic tumor may under go sarcomatous transformation. Conclusion: We presented the case of inlammatory myofibroblastic tumor of lung with sarcomatous transformation with very unfavorable course and outcome.
