Sažetak
European Commission's Directorate-General Enlargement within the framework of the TAIEX (Technical Assistance Information Exchange) Instrument at the end of 2013 engaged the author as an expert in the Expert mission on amending the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro. The Mission was held in Podgorica, Montenegro, from 20th till 24th January 2014. It entailed working meetings with the working group of the Ministry of Justice of Montenegro and Constitutional Court of Montenegro, during which the text of the Law on the Constitutional Court of Montenegro was elaborated. The present paper is the author's final report (summary).
