Sažetak
The present legal opinion pays particular attention to the 2014 Macedonian Draft Constitutional Amendments concerning the composition of the Judicial Council, the competences of the Constitutional Court regarding introduction of the constitutional complaints, as well as the constitutional definitions of marriage, common-law marriage and all other forms of registered life partnership (paras. 14-64). They also include an overview of the amendments related to budgetary, financial and economic issues (paras. 65-84). However, these amendments are not examined in detail. Only few observations are given from the strict legal points of view. These observations also arise from the Croatian experience acquired during the negotiation process with the EU.
